Since 2011, we've helped businesses—from scrappy startups to established companies—figure out their people problems. And honestly? Most of those problems aren't actually that complicated. They just need someone who listens more than they pitch. That's us. We're based in Utena, but we work with clients across Lithuania who are tired of cookie-cutter HR advice.

Our Story
Vision & Associates started when our founder got tired of watching good companies struggle with basic people stuff. Hiring the wrong person. Losing talent for no good reason. Conflicts that spiraled because nobody knew how to talk about them. Fourteen years later, we've worked with 47 different businesses—some tiny, some not. We've learned that there's no such thing as a "standard" workplace problem. Every business is weird in its own way. That's why we don't have a template solution. We actually listen first.
